GibbsCAM is a PC-based, Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system for programming CNC machine tools. The base package's capabilities can be extended by adding optional seamlessly integrated modules to meet the needs of most manufacturers. This allows users to add modules as their business changes, thus protecting software investments.
The application is easy-to-use and has a graphical user interface. This interface was developed by machinists for machinists. It is very easy to move between geometry creation, toolpath creation, visualization and post processing. Gibbs post processors are very robust and generate efficient code, taking advantage of the capabilities of each control. PC-DNC Editor
PC-DNC Editor is an application that allows users to edit G-Code programs, compare programs and send a program to a machine tool. This is an entry level application that allows only one concurrent communication at a time. The transmission must be originated at the computer.

PC DNC plus is an application designed for shops with multiple CNCs and creates a network for your CNCs. The software supports up to 128 CNCs on a single PC, allows queuing of multiple programs, automatic handling of programs sent from CNCs, remote requests, and both Ethernet and serial communications. Either the user or reThink Engineering can install a wired or wireless network. Optional
features include support for Ethernet capable CNC's, cycle time monitoring,
restart after tool break, automatic pager and email notification, and the
ability to control communications from any computer on the network with floating
client software seats.

Factory Wiz
CNC Monitoring Appliance
Factory Wiz is a monitoring appliance that collects data from Fanuc FOCAS, Haas mNet, and
MTConnect compliant ethernet CNCs. Additionally, legacy CNCs can be monitored
over the network by adding one of our twelve signal ethernet data collection
modules. Factory Wiz has a web-based user interface and a series of reports. Data is stored in a MySQL database and users can create their own reports using Crystal Reports.
Factory Wiz comes in two sizes, the first can support up to 5 CNCs and the second can support up to 512. Factory Wiz is not dependent on a DNC application, so can be installed regardless of legacy DNC software or networking.

SignaTrak is a system developed for a NAPA jobber to scan signed delivery tickets, read the barcoded invoice number, store the scanned images and fax them to customers trying to reconcile their statements. The key with the scanned image is that it carries a signature of the person who received the parts at the customer location.
