2.5 D Solids Machining
GibbsCAM 2.5D Solids package offers complete surface and solids modeling capabilities. The ability to directly machine solid models and surfaces is also included. With this package a user has the ability to import, repair and solidify surface or solid models in addition to creating solid or surface models. 2.5D Solids provides the user with the ability to generate programs to machine these parts. A variety of tools, including feature recognition, are available to assist the user in program creation. Using GibbsCAM 2.5D Solids, users can program parts more quickly and make it easier for customers to provide them with work. Programming becomes faster and more efficient.

Production Milling
GibbsCAM Production Milling Module supports 2-through simple 3-axis machining of wireframe geometry. The package has full functionality for contouring, roughing (face milling & pocketing), thread milling, 2D/3D spiral creation and hole making with many drill cycles including drill, tap, bore, back bore, and ream. Simple 4th-axis positioning is supported as well. Production Milling allows for Material Only options for finishing. GibbsCAM Production Milling provides easy to use, powerful programming tools for you CNC machine tools.

Multi-Task Machining Gibbs Multi-Task Machining (MTM) was designed to address the complex CNC programming requirements of machine tools with multiple spindles and tool groups. This module provides tools that are easy to use and configure to support the needs of each user and machine.
Machining processes are easy defined with seamless access to both turning and milling capabilities. GibbsCAM associatively allows operations to be updated as changes are made to the part design. Factory-supplied post processors output multi-flow NC code complete with utility operations and sync codes.

Wire EDM GibbsCAM Wire EDM package is designed to handle the most demanding Wire EDM programs while mantaining the Gibbs legendary ease-of-use.
The package supports 2-through 4-axis CNC Wire EDM machines.
