We can also set up a “web meeting” with you and actually guide you through the steps to resolve the problem. Web meeting is a great tool to save your time and to make sure you understand the process. Web meeting set up is very simple: one of our support agents takes control over your computer and shows you step by step what needs to be done.

The basic training philosophy of reThink Engineering is somewhat different from most software vendors. We do not believe that a student can sit in a classroom for 8 hours a day over a week and retain much of what he is taught. Studies have shown that in a typical classroom experience, students retain less than 60% of the material taught. The longer the class, the less the student retains. Regardless of which method used, reThink Engineering will always follow up with additional on-site visits for remediation and troubleshooting. Our goal is to have all of our users proficient in using the software to the best benefit of their respective organizations.
On-Site Training
reThink Engineering will conduct on-site classes for new users of any of our products. This is particularly useful when testing post processors, which require access to machines. We have found many customers prefer on-site training as students are very comfortable in their own environment. When conducting on-site training, we do ask that students not be pulled out of class for any reason. We also ask that the training take place somewhere quiet and away from the production floor.
Classroom Training
reThink Engineering has a classroom that will accommodate up to 6 students, each with his own computer. Equipped with projection equipment and white boards, the training center is a great place to learn CAD/CAM. Classroom training is perfect for a quick refresher or for new people to learn the products. Classes are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Please request a schedule below.
On-Line Training
For a short refresher on any topic or an introduction to new features and functions, reThink Engineering offers on-line training. In order to have a satisfactory experience with on-line training a high speed internet connection will be required and changes to firewalls may be necessary. We have found that this method works well for short sessions – usually one hour or less.
